There is a Rose

April 18, 2017

On Sunday, I felt a need to get out of the house to photograph something.  I had taken my sister and cousin to the airport early that morning, and I was feeling said because they were gone.  Both of them came out to the Valley of the Sun for my cousin's birthday, and we had a blast.  We had so much fun that I didn't even use my camera all weekend!  To satisfy my need to photograph anything, I drove the the Mesa Rose Garden on the grounds of Mesa Community College.

The garden was much larger than I anticipated.  It actually has three different sections.  It was a little warm outside, but I managed to spend about 30 minutes photographing the beautiful flowers.  The flowers were the perfect models.  They didn't move or complain that I took too long to get the shot.
