Impromptu Photo Shoot

March 06, 2017

Yesterday, I was going to assistant another photographer on a shoot, but the client canceled because the skies were overcast.  It was the type of day that a photographer dreams of having.  Not wanting to waste the day, the photographer, MUA, and myself reached out to other models to see if someone would want to shoot with us that afternoon.  We were successful reaching one model, and scheduled the shoot.  When I met Karah, I knew immediately that I wanted to shoot her in the middle of the street.  She had an edgy look, and I wanted to capitalize on it.  It was the type of shoot that I've wanted to do for quite some.  I'm going to submit for publication so I can't share any more than this one image.  I used one image, but in the second variation I applied a photo shop technique.  It just seemed so appropriate for the scene.
